Jokke Sommer and Petter Jonsson can be considered to be as the master chiefs of synchronized skydiving. Launching their “Freefly the World” tour, they have performed a breathtaking skydive jump over Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland.

Jumping off an helicopter at a height of 4,000m/13,123ft, these two courageous men count approximately 45 seconds of freefall before setting on their parachutes in order to land safely on the Lauterbrunnen valley. The particularity of their skydive jump, by pulling one’s body close to another. lies on the fact that performers exert extreme control on their bodies while falling at rapid pace rhythm. The idea is also based on the fact that both jumpers maintain a close distance between them, thus synchronizing their bodies flight, without losing the high-speed instant free-fall.

Lauterbrunnen was their first jumping off destination, more are yet to come. Stay tuned.
