When you are trying to get ripped, there is all sorts of equipment that you can get your hands on to help you with this feat. However, you can achieve some excellent results with just a set of dumbbells – as long as you know the right workouts to put yourself through. The following blog post is going to be presenting you with just a few of these that have the clear intention of turning you from just your average everyday fitness fan to a ripped pro, as long as you practice them often and seriously enough.

So, why not give some of these workouts a go?

1. Arnold Press

Named after the legendary actor a certain Mr Schwarzenegger, this workout helps with a range of different muscles including your deltoids, triceps, and traps. You just need a bench, starting off from a position as if you have just finished a bicep curl – try this with Mirafit dumbbells in each hand. You should raise them above your head with a twisting action that leave your palms facing away from you. Just continue to repeat this workout again and again until you can build up the number of reps that you are able to complete. As well as hitting the three major sections of your deltoid, it also helps to give you strength by reinforcing your joint.

2. Dumbbell Clean

Next up on the list, there is a workout that is designed to hit the lower half of your body as well as the upper section – working on a whole host of different muscles including your glutes, calves, quads, and biceps. Your wrists should face forwards with a dumbbell in each hand, and you should jump slightly as you bring the weights up to shoulder height, as well as lowering your body to a squat position. With this workout, you are getting in both arm and leg day at once, which is a major boon for many people who often neglect the latter.

3. Farmers’ Walk

While it may not look like it is all that much when it is being completed, there is no doubt that the so-called farmers’ walk is one that can work out your whole body including your upper back, your abs, plus your biceps and triceps. All you need to do is have a dumbbell in each hand while you walk with short and quick steps over a certain distance. You can gradually start to build up this distance over time as you become more and more confident in it. The only form that you need to worry about is ensuring that you are bracing your core when you are completing the workout.

These are just three of the top workouts that you can keep on completing on a regular basis that can really make all the difference and will give you a great all-over body workout that can really boost your overall fitness and muscle levels.
