The ski center of Seli is the first organized center in Greece where the first Panhellenic race of skiing was held on the spot. It has begun operating since 1934.
It offers 19 pistes of all level of difficulty and 7 lifts (6 slides of one seater, 1 aerial of two seater). About 24 km/14 mi far from the ski center, you come across Veroia, the capital city of the regional unit of Imathia.

There you can find the royal graves and a modern underground museum with exhibits from the history of ancient Macedonia.
