Warmups are essential for your health

Remember, to be prepared for the game before the game. A rough warm-up of about 15 minutes before the match is advised that will include jogging and stretching. A first kid aid should be carried by the team management or the coaches so that whenever any player gets injured, he could get instant medical help.
