Sometimes you want to fly, but you may feel your are too heavy. For some others of you, your body has a keen tension, but your soul can't follow. If you are confused, then try snowboard. The adrenaline will make you fly like an angel and your soul will be your wings. Be the snow rider and leave your signs to the slopes. Dance with the snowflakes, scream with passion, while you make your tricks upside down. Let your voice freeze everything around you. It will be only you and your board.
If you are looking for the perfect place, then Pertouli ski center is the right choice. Pertouli is a small village within the province of Trikala, in Greece. It’s at about 46 km/28 mi from Trikala. Koziakas mountain is the guard of this small traditional village.
The ski center is at 3.3 km/2 mi from Pertouli, on the Pyli-Pertouli road. The altitude elevates from 1170 m/3838 ft to 1370 m/4494 ft. It offers three downhill slopes (1 green, 1 red, 1 blue) and 3 cross country runs (lang lauf). It also provides with one double seat aerial lift (1170 m/3838 ft length), one sliding one seat (350 m/1148 ft length) and one baby-lift (60 m/196 ft length).
There is a snowboard school, with experts in case you need. You will also find a snowboard shop, in case you need the equipment. Relax in the two beautiful chalets, one at the top and one at in the bottom of the ski center. Escape for a while from the ski resort, and visit Elati, at 32 km/19 mi from Trikala. This village lies on the south part of the Pindos mountain. It has been built like an amphitheater in a forest, on Koziaka mountain. You will find tasteful restaurants with Greek traditional food, comfortable accommodations and people, who will seduce you with their hospitality.
