Sheltowee Trace – Laurel Lake Trail is an excellent mountain biking spot, found in London, Kentucky. Although, it is considered as an intermediate trail, it can greatly host many beginner mountain biking enthusiasts, as it offers really easy routes in some places.

It is a singletrack sitting at an elevation of 1002 ft / 305 m. Just get ready to ride about 11 mi / 17.7 km including some easy routes and some obstacles that will make your activity more challenging. It is a fast flowing both uphill and downhill trail that sometimes leads you to really stunning views.

Also, you find some fast sections that twist around the lake shore. The descent of Sheltowee Trace – Laurel Lake Trail is 2300 ft / 701 m and the ascent is 3900 ft/ 1188 m.

This trail is one of the most famous mountain biking trails of Kentucky and definitely a must ride one!!!
