If you love mountain biking freeride, you should visit the Lynton Trails (15 min drive from Adelaide). There is a great variety of trails you can choose from, depending on your level of competence (from easy to really tough and demanding downhill trails for the advanced rider).
Overall you can find a freeride zone, a 4X track, a pump track, as well as the legendary Tunnel X-over trail with many jumps, bumps and several steep sections.
