Sierra at Tahoe is about 16 mi/25.7 km south of state line, Nevada and 12 miles south of South Lake Tahoe on Highway 50. The resort is inside Eldorado National Forest. Sierra at Tahoe is perfect for snowboarding. The resort has 2000 ac/8.1 km² of skiable area with 46 runs.
