Quad Biking in Tradouw Valley, Overberg, Western Cape South Africa

The Overberg is a region of immense beauty and characterized by amazing and diverse landscapes. It forms part of the Western Cape as it stretches from the Hottentos-Holland Mountains in the north while in the southern, the Atlantic and Indian Ocean break on to sandy beaches and rocky headlands. The spot enjoys a Mediterranean climate with warm dry summers and cool wet winters.

At 16 km/9.5 mi from Barrydale in Overberg, there is the amazing Tradouw Valley, offering an amazing quad biking experience. Quad biking here accommodates both the novice and expert biker. Explore what the magnificent semi-arid Klein Karoo has in store for you. The rides here range from mountain to farm tours which can last from 1-2 hours.

What makes it more interesting to ride here is the fact that, unlike many other spots, some of the trails here are hand-built, adding more thrill to this exciting adventure. The hand-built trails go over ditches, riverbeds and rocky mountain sides. The spot is open from Monday-Saturday and advance booking is necessary.
