Sunrise Resort Park is a great ski area located in Arizona. The resort consists of three mountains named Sunrise Peak, Cyclone Peak, and Apache Peak. Thanks to its very well snow conditions, the resort is a perfect place for the experience of Snowboarding.
It offers a vertical drop of 1800 ft / 548 m, a base elevation of 9200 ft / 2804 m and a top elevation of 11100 ft /3383 m. There are 65 trails that are spread over the three mountains and can satisfy all needs of snowboarders. The beginners of snowboarding can have a great time on 40% of the trails, intermediate ones on 40%, while experts can do their tricks on 20% of trails. Moreover, the annual snowfall is 250 in / 635 cm.
These three mountains are served by 8 lifts; 1 High Speed Quad Chair, 2 Quad Chairs, 4 Triple Chairs, 1 Double Chair, with 16000 skiers per hour lift capacity. The most appropriate period to be here is from November to April.
