Bedgebury Forest is situated in the High Weald of Kent and it is considered to be South East England’s premier location for outdoor activity. With two thousand acre woodland, Bedgebury Forest provides with a number of leisure activities and sports, including walking, cycling, horse riding and mountain biking. Cyclists of all ages and abilities can enjoy the beautiful scenery, in one of the many routes that the spot offers.

There is a wide family route which is ideal for novice riders and families. For the more adventurous mountain bikers, Bedgebury Forest caters an excellent 13 km/8.1 mi long of marked single-track trail. Most of the mountain bike single-track is in the form of the red route and it is divided into sections, so you are able to get onto the main family track if you want to stop. In addition, it is suitable for advanced riders as it features downhills, boardwalk, bridges, climbs, jumps and drops.
