The trail is 1.8 mi/3 km long (out and back) with an elevation gain of 1000 ft/304 m, an about three hours hike. The trail is in good shape but it is slippery and rocky. As you walk through, the path is getting narrow and it is overgrown in some points.
When you reach the end of the trail, the panoramic views of the two valleys and the ocean are spectacular.It is suitable for all skill levels but a good physical condition is essential because getting up is a real workout.
