Kayaking is one of many activities that visitors can choose from. As long as you can swim, you can paddle the kayak and admire the entrance to Middle Harbor, North Head, Manly and Clontarf from the water. Paddle the pristine waters and explore the magnificent Edwards and Balmoral beach.

The best periods are in spring and autumn when the weather is not too hot (20-25°C/68-77°F). Best times to go kayaking is either early in the morning or early in the afternoon. Last but not least, bring a dry change of clothes, drinking water, sunscreen and a hat.
