Fishermans beach is situated at the south side of Collaroy beach and it offers good conditions for kite-surf. The spot is appropriate for intermediate and advanced kiters.

In summer the wind blows offshore at 12%, in autumn the wind blows at 14%, in winter at 10% and in spring at 9%. The ideal months for kite-surfing are January, February, March, November and December. Note: The beach is small and gets crowded during weekends, so keep a distance off of people sunbathing and swimming and stay away from the golf club area. Last but not least, there are kite-surf schools close to the spot, in case you need.
