Salmon Le Sac Snow Park is located at about an hour and a half away from Wenatchee, after Cle Elum Lake. The snowmobile routes have an elevation gain of 2360 ft/719 m and parking space for 100 cars. The Snow park offers a trail system of 38 mi/61 km with sanitary facilities at Tucquala Lake and scenic view points.
The trails are also used from non motorized re-creationists. The views from the mountain is breathtaking as soon as you get higher and higher. You drive through alpine scenery with huge pine trees and fun powder snow.
During winder season, there is a Sno-Park permit required, which you can get from the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission. Drivers should take water and snacks with them and be careful of the working crews that may be on the trails during the day to clear drifts or debris.
