The high tableland of Paul da Serra is one of the highlights of the region. The warm seawater offers the right conditions for relaxing and enjoying the calmness that a beach can provide you with. Winter and autumn are the best times of the year for riding the waves. In winter, the waves swell size is from 2-3 m (6.5-10 ft) and the wind blows offshore 40%. In autumn the waves swell size is from 1.3 to 2 m (4-6.5 ft) and the 19% of the time is 2-3 m (6.5-10 ft) and the wind blows offshore 44%. In summer, the wind blows offshore 41% and we have waves with swell size 0.5-1.3 m (1.5-4 ft). In spring the waves swell size is from 0.5 to 2 m (1.5-6.5 ft) and 2-3 m (6.5-10 ft) 16% of the time and the wind blows offshore 53%.
