In autumn, there are also waves from 2-3 m (6.5-10 ft) and the wind blows onshore at 75%. In spring, the wave swell size is between 1.3 to 3 m (4-10 ft) and the wind blows onshore at 80%.
There is a windsurf school, with experts at your disposal, in case you need. In Achadas da Cruz there are accommodation options and other leisure activities, that you can do on your spare time.
