Due to downhill trails, it is growing in popularity over the years. There are so many trails that riders can spend an entire day without riding the same trail.
One of the trails is Live Wire, a 2 mi/3.2 km, irrigated trail with a vertical drop of over 1100 ft/335.3 m. If you don’t have your own equipment, you can rent one at the resort or in shops around. Trails in Northstar are rated just as ski runs. Green circle is easy, blue square intermediate and black diamond advanced.
If you are a beginner, there are trails just for you in order to get used to the bike, such as Easy Rider and Tryumph. They have mild grade and smooth surface. For the next level, if you are intermediate, there are also many trails, such as Big Tree (boardwalk and log ride), Coaster (fire-road and single-track mix) and Booster (up and down single-track).
Last, there are many advanced trails that if you want to ride, you have to be in a perfect physical condition, such as Live Wire (with lots of jumps and berms) and Gypsy (with log rides, berms and jumps).
