Kite-surfing in Dania Beach represent an endless fun activity, suitable for intermediate and advanced surfers only. However, when the hurricane season begins from June until the end of November, Fort Lauderdale is affected usually on September and October and provides extreme kite surfing conditions for advanced surfers. There are schools where you can book lessons and brush up your skills and shops where you can buy, rent or repair gear. Bear in mind that you should be careful of the bridge while kite-surfing on the spot. Note: when the tide is high, sharks may show up.
