Mana Road Trail starts in the north near Waimea Village. It is a 43 mi/69 km long rough jeep trail, about five hours drive and continues around the Mauna Kea mountain. The route starts at 3500 ft/1066 m height and goes over 8000 ft/2438 m near the Mauna Kea Visitor Center.
