The trail is characterized by river crossings, high coastal cliffs, sculpted beaches, forested hills and valleys. The trail is only for experienced and high fitness leveled individuals since much of it is up hill or through rough terrains.
The best way to experience the trail is to plan at least a minimum of 5 days, doing an average of 20 km/12 mi per day, with an experienced guide. You need to carry basic essentials like food and gear since accommodation is mostly in village huts.
