Donner Ski Ranch is a resort located on Donner Summit, in the Tahoe National Forest, Nevada County, California, USA. The area has been used for skiing since 1939.

There are ski lifts on both sides of Donner Summit and it is near Boreal. Inside there is a rustic lodge, which has been renovated by the current owners. Its vertical drop is 750 ft/228.6 m. Runs are 25% for beginners, 50% for intermediate and 25% for advanced skiers and specifically from these runs, 16 are for beginners, 20 for intermediate and 16 for advanced skiers. It has a lift system of 8 lifts including, 5 doubles, 1 triple and 2 moving carpets.
