Difficulty level:
Class 4-5
Wenatchee is the largest city of Chelan County, located in North Central Washington and lies on the west side of the Columbia River. The city is also known as the Apple Capital of the world, due to the valley's many apple cultivations.

Little Wenatchee River runs through the Wenatcee National Forest and gives into the Wenatchee Lake. The Kayak adventure starts from Fall Creek towards Lake Creek Campground. The run is 3.5 mi/5.6 km long and with a class 4 and in some sections 5 difficulty for normal flows.

The river is great for intermediate and advanced kayak enthusiasts, because during spring, when the water is high, the run starts off with a short relaxing warm up that leads to an 8 ft/2.4 m strong vertical drop and the action begins. There are a lot of fun rapids, a series of holes and waves , small eddy’s and canyons.

Prepare to get wet in fresh, crystal clear cold water, take your gear with you or plan an organized river trip and enjoy a fantastic white water kayaking experience into the wild nature of Cascades.
