Longmont is located northeast of the county seat of Boulder, about 31 mi/49.9 km north-northwest of the Colorado state capitol in Denver. It is a home rule municipality in Boulder, Weld Counties in the U.S. state of Colorado.
It is an easy going community only 16 mi/25.8 km away from Boulder. Paintball is one popular sport in Longmont. Blitz Paintball is open in weekends all year long. If you want to paintball private or by group, you should call and have an appointment. It offers over 5000 ft²/464.5 m² of shaded staging area. Blitz has many recreational fields.
As soon as the game starts, you can have fun capturing the flag, but bare in mind that all participants are armed with a paintball marker. Players of all levels can participate at the same time. There are 9 ac/36.42 m² of recreational paintball fields with 5 distinctive recreational play zones, Military Base, Hyperball, Combat, Spool field and the Castle.
If you want to feel the thrill, join in a tournament. There are 2 world class tournament air ball fields. The PSP and the NPPL tournament fields are both completely astro-turfed.
