Boundrary Butte Trail is located on the Cascade Mountain, close to Leavenworth Town. It is 13 mi/20 km long and has an elevation gain of 1768 ft/538 m. The best time to bike this trail is from early spring to late fall. It requires intermediate mountain biking skills and a very good physical condition. This loop ride combines two out and back road branches.
The first is a ride up to Boundrary Butte with short and steep pitches and the other leads to Canyon Crest which is a more challenging route. Boundrary Butte Trail is a great ride where you can enjoy double track mountain bike with exceptional views of the valley and the mountains and fantastic wildflowers during spring. Don’t forget to take with you plenty of water, energy snacks, a map and a compass.
