In Marseilles, near Chicago lies one awesome off road park, The Cliffs Off Road Park, where you can enjoy Four Wheel Driving in a way that you can’t even imagine…

This amazing park is full of mud bogs, open fields, deep water puddles, creek crossings, narrow jeep trails and rock crawling sections that along with a beautiful forest scenery make this off road park ideal for four wheel driving.

The terrain lies at an elevation of 500 to 650 ft/152.4 to 182.8 m and contains mostly loose dirt and trees and some hard pack, mud, dust, rocks, steep hills, water crossings, small jumps and intersections. As it is an extremely popular park, you might meet rider traffic, so please be cautious.

The terrain is mostly suitable for amateurs, but all levels of four wheel drivers can have fun on corresponding trails. It is suggested to call before you come, as there is an opening schedule. Rules are kind of strict, so spare a moment and read them on the website. Bare in mind that there is a noise limit of 96 db and the vehicles must have whip flags of 60 in/152.4 cm.

Also a spark arresting silencer or an end cap are required. Camping is not permitted, but you can stay in close by hotels and camps. It is a park intended for insane drivers, so if you belong in this category, go ahead!!!
