The airfield in Buochs Switzerland is transformed into a meeting place for the freestyle enthusiasts for the 9th time on March 17th to 18th 2017. Outstanding musical events as well as incredible jumps and tricks are guaranteed for a 2 days non stop fun event that no one should miss out!
The main attraction of Hill Jam 9 is definitely the 20m high Bigair ramp where snowboarders and freeskiers will battle in three categories and compete for prices of total value of 20.000 CHF. As Hill Jam 9 event is an official tour stop for the Swiss Freeski Tour and the Audi Snowboard Series, spectators will have the opportunity to enjoy top riders from Switzerland as well as neighboring countries.
Besides the Bigair contest, the event offers lot’s of side events. The Promo street will be featuring companies from the freestyle scene, will share info about the newest trends and host some funny competitions. There is also going to be a miniramp open for all skateboarders. Competitive skaters have the possibility to win great prizes at the Best-Trick-Session at 3pm.
As for the party and music events, hill jam 9 features 21 of the finest DJs performing on three different floors. Look forward to performances by UK based DJ A-Skillz, two times Swiss Red Bull Thre3style Champion DJ Bazooka or 2016 Swiss Red Bull Thre3style Champion DJ Flink, just to name a few. And last but not least we introduce the newly set up Drum’n’Bass floor this year with sounds from Finnish DJ and producer DJ Muffler and many more.
