The spot is located in Perth's suburb of Munster, at 22 km/13 mi in the south-east of the city center.
The location represents an excellent opportunity for windsurfing since any wind direction except easter lies off-sore makes it an ideal windsurfing spot. It goes without saying that south-west sea breeze direction is the location’s favorite characteristic for practitioners.
