The 2150 ac/8.70 km² of the Resort are a combination of easy runs for beginners and rough terrain in Heather Canyon for the more experienced ones, seeking for some adrenaline rush.  Private Reserve and S&R Cliffs are two more challenging and breathtaking trails for the ones wanting to push their skill to its limits.
There are Nordic and Alpine areas and also facilities for the fans of night skiing and snowboarding. The lift reaches up to 7300 ft/2225 m offering an amazing view. In the overall there are 87 trails, 15% of which are for beginners, 50% for intermediate, 20% for advanced snowboarders and 15% for experts.
