Canyon Ski Area lies on the banks of the Red Deer River. It is situated 9 km/5 mi east of Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, along the David Thompson Highway. The 13 trails are tailored to cover all levels of difficulty. 30% of trails are tailored for easy skiing, 40% for difficult skiing and for those who need something more extreme, 30% of trails are designed only for them.
