The first 2 mi/3.2 km of the trail are exciting. It is a shaded, smooth, single track with many technical sections, keeping things interesting. Once the trail meets the 4×4 road, it gets really steep and loose, so be careful if you want to continue that way.
It is surrounded by private property and a lot of the paths drive to dead end. Some the trails are out and back, so remember that whenever you snowshoe down you must go up again to meet the trailhead. Trail level is regarding physical level, moderate and as for technical level, moderate too.
It is recommended that you purchase a map, because not all of the private property is well marked and you could have troubles with the landowners.
