They are very popular and have been voted as the toughest one for climbing. The Nameless Tower is one of the Great Trango Towers.
The Trango Tower, also known with this name, was first attempted in 1976. Today, the level of difficulty for climbing this huge rock is VIII-, A2, 1000 m/3280 ft high and is called Eternal Flame. The ascent of this route, patterned in alpine style, was first climbed by a Slovenian in 2004.
At this tower, there are no possibilities for free climbing. The place is mesmerizing and fascinating with the notorious granite tower, reaching thousands of feet high while dropping down to the churning moraine of the Trango and Dunge glaciers.
