Camber Sands is a large, sandy beach that lies near Hastings. It is a popular location for a number of water-sports, especially for kite-surfing, due to flat, shallow water and favorable wind conditions. The launch area is designated at the eastern end of the beach, close to the Jury’s Gap car park.
The spot accommodates almost any wind direction, but the best wind direction is from the southwest. In addition, the ideal time to visit Camber Sands is during summer.
