It is also a beginners spot when the wind is calm, but more experienced athletes can easily paddle, when the wind is a bit stronger. Swell size starts at 1 m/3 ft and goes up to 2 m/6 ft.
The best months to visit Horseneck Beach are from May to August. From September and on, as the wind is getting stronger and the waves higher, even the most experienced SUP fans know that exercising their favorite sport will be somehow more difficult.
