Bremen is a very popular destination among skate boarders. You can skate board almost anywhere and especially in its numerous skate parks! One great skate park in Bremen is Skatepark Bremen Sportgarten. It is an outdoor skate-park which contains a 1100 m²/11840 ft² covered area and a 1100 m²/11840 ft² street area.
The half-pipe is 3.85 m/12.7 ft tall and 10 m/32.9 ft wide. The park provides with a mini-ramp landscape with several differently sized ramps next to each other, allowing for transfers/hip transfers as well. Some other specifications of the park are a pyramid, quarter ramps, loads of handrails in different sizes and angles, curbs, ledges, banks, London gap and a handrail box.
The park is opened daily from 09.00 to 22.00 and on weekends from 11.00 to 22.00 and is closed from December 21st to January 29th. There is an entrance fee to access the park. You should bear with you all necessary safety equipment.
