Ama Dablam Mountain is a mountain situated in the Himalaya range of eastern Nepal. Its name means Mother’s necklace and it is the third most popular Himalayan summit for permitted expeditions.

Extremely famous for its glorious mountain peaks and the friendliness and loyalty of inhabitants, the Everest region aka Khumbu is one of the most popular trekking destinations in Nepal. While a lot of routes on the mountain are arduous, you always have the chance to rest and enjoy a nice meal in one the many ample places.

It is suggested to try this adventure with a guide and avoid winter time, as it is very cold and snow will make it very difficult to travel above Tengboche. Furthermore many of the lodges might be closed at this altitude. During your activity, you can rest at the tea houses, where you will have the opportunity to get to know the Nepalese hospitality.

The local schools organize adventures with proper safety and guaranteed success and enjoyment. Some schools offer 9 different trek adventures and the most popular is the Everest Base Camp Classic Trek. You start this thrilling trekking tour with a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and for the next two weeks you will have a unique experience.

This tour involves the Jiri pathway and the first attempt of trekking the base camp of Mount Everest was made by Tenzing Norge Sherpa and Sir Edmund Hillary in 1953.

This part provides one of the most classic treks in the Himalayas and offers enchanting sights of Lukla trail in the higher Khumbu. Starting your expedition with a 6 hr drive to Jiri, this trekking experience follows the traditional route taken by the early Everest expeditions.

Also known as Solu Khumbu, this section is the home of the Sherpas. While trekking through the Sherpa villages, you will come across stunning views. Although a very popular trekking route, only 8000 daring visitors try this route each year.

Starting the trek from Jiri has the advantage of helping you acclimatize it. The trek is about 120 mi/190 km long and the total altitude is gained in the innumerable uphill portions. Everest Base Camp Trek invites you to take part in two exciting challenges. Firstly, early in the morning you ascent Kala Pattar (5545 m/18192 ft), which overlooks Everest Base Camp and provides breathtaking view. Secondly, you follow the footsteps of the mountaineers, which will lead you into the highest mountain of the world.

This adventure is a legendary trek to a legendary destination, the Mount Everest Base Camp in Nepal!!!
