When the tide is low you have to walk quite a bit to get to the water but it is a long, wide beach and sets a beautiful scenery. People with permit can drive their four wheel vehicles here. That leaves less space for the land kites but still there is enough room for everyone. A lot of people visit this spot to surf and even get some surfing lessons.
This is a beach suitable for all kinds of wind sports and all levels of experience. Best time to visit is Spring and Fall. Best wind direction comes from North, Northeast and Northwest. Main wind courses are North, Southwest, West and Northwest. The beach is also known for its beautiful view of the sunset.
