Aviones is without a doubt one of the best surf spots in Puerto Rico. It is situated in Pinones, a beautiful area, just a short drive from San Juan. The site provides very consistent surf and is suitable for both the novice and advanced surfer.
The swell sizes usually start from 1 m/3 ft and can hold up to 2 m/6 ft. In addition, the ideal tide position is all tides and the optimum wind direction is from the south and southwest.
