The best wind direction is from the north, northeast and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. The site is appropriate for experienced surfers only.

In summer, the wind blows offshore at 66%, in autumn the wind blows at 58%, in winter at 60% and in spring at 67%. Last but not least, the peninsula is famous for the variety of beaches and water-sports, the wineries and the mazes. Note: watch out for rips.
