Peshastin Pinnacles is a collection of sandstone crags, lining Wenatchee Valley. It is a popular and entertaining destination for rock climbers for over fifty years because it is small, it has almost the same routes over the past few years and the rock is crumbly and soft. There are many moderate routes to climb with bolt protected slabs, great for beginners and with top elevation 1750 ft/533 m.
Once you reach the top, the view of the valley and the peaks of the Enchantments is beautiful. The park is closed during winter so the best time to go rock climbing is during spring and fall. You will need a standard rack, quick-draws and a modern 196 ft/60 m rope with you and you are set to climb and descent almost all the slabs.
