Centurion is located in the middle of Sydney harbour opposite the Gap entrance. At the bottom of the sea lies the wreck of the Barque, Centurion which sank in 1887. Swimming over the spot today, you can see not a lot remainings of the ship, but masts, anchor chain and the desk frames.
The average depth of the spot is at 16 m/52.4 ft and the maximum depth is at 18 m/59 ft. Visibility is medium and varies from 10 m/32.8 ft to 20 m/65.6 ft. This spot is suitable for divers of all levels of experience. Amazing marine life can be seen here including octopus, giant cuttlefish and eels.
This dive site is one of the few where the red indian fish and the pineapple fish can be seen. Apart from diving, there is a variety of activities, attractions, restaurants and bars available along Sydney’s northern peninsula. Note: book a boat dive in one of the many scuba schools located in the area.

Port Giles Jetty is located close to Edithburgh in Yorke Peninsula. This is a long jetty which has an only shore diving access at the steps at the beginning of the jetty. It's almost impossible to make the end of the jetty and back to the steps again before running out of air.
