The route is a 33 km/20 mi arena, lasting between 4-5 hours. Graded 2-3, the route takes you from Langkloof to the Baviaans over the Kouga Mountains (which is home to the mountain Leopard) and can be tackled in both directions. The terrain comprises of eroded farm tracks, gravel, loose stone and rocks. 4×4 driving is open all year round however during winter and summer, the weather could get extreme.
