Due to the large variety of marine life, predictable light currents and very shallow waters this site makes for a perfect beginners dive. Access to the site is via a stairway direct to the water’s surface. Jetty’s maximum depth drops at 6 m/19 ft, great opportunity for long bottom times diving since it offers a huge variety of unique marine life including abundant frog fish, prow fish, angler fish, nudibranchs, shrimps, crabs, pygmy cuttlefish, dumpling squid and seahorses.
On the average dive large schools of mackerel and old wives swim through the jetty pylons which are covered with soft and hard corals and sponges. This site is ideal for fans of with underwater photography and divers keen to see something different.
