The 12th edition of World Snowboard Day is coming up on January 21st in a ski resort near you. Discover and celebrate for free snowboarding as a sport and culture across the world’s summits.
With already 25 events in 14 countries, World Snowboard Day brings together all the snowboard community and allows federations, brands, resorts, snowboard schools,clubs, shops, associations, and riders to organize their own event.
Participants will enjoy a wide variety of events in each ski resort including snowboarding lessons, equipment tests, concerts, parties, contests and demos plus education on environmental awareness – all for free!
Over 500,000 people have had the chance to be part of WSD since it first launched in 2006, with over 1000 events across the world. Events are supported by the World Snowboard Federation (WSF), Outdoor Sports Valley (OSV) and Oz Conseil in Europe, SnowSports Industries America (SIA) in North America and Corepower Asia in Asia.
