The spot features a huge coral arch, which drops off to the wall at 30.5-33.5 m/100-110 ft. As its name implies, there are many tunnels, swim-through opportunities and crevices that are waiting to be explored. In addition, divers can also see Orange Tube sponges, eagles rays, tarpons, spiny lobsters, turtles and much more. The average depth here is 15.2 m/49.9 ft and the maximum depth is 30.5 m /100.1 ft. In addition, visibility is very good and varies from 23 m/75.4 ft to 30 m/98.4 ft.
Big Tunnels is suitable for advanced divers. Keep in mind that the spot has currents, so be careful. Last but not least, diving here is great all year round, but the best season runs from December till April. So, if you are a scuba diving lover, Big Tunnels guarantees a lifetime experience!!!
