The Crack is a dive site, located on the northwest side of the island. Αs its name implies, it is a wall with a deep crevice that cuts down the wall from the top at about 15.2 m/50 ft down to 30 m/100 ft. The site has a vast number of feather dusters and Christmas tree worms. Apart from a large pillar coral on the top edge of the wall, divers can also see an abundance of marine life, such as schools of mahogany snappers, schoolmasters and yellowtail fish.
In addition, the water temperature varies between 24 °C/75.2 °F and 30 °C/86 °F and visibility is good, ranging from 10 m/32.8 ft to 30 m/98.4 ft. Furthermore, the spot is suitable for intermediate and advanced divers. Note that access to the dive site is by boat. This is a place worth visiting and you shouldn’t miss it!
