As long as you can swim, you can paddle the kayak and admire Sydney’s Harbor from the water. It is suitable for novice and advanced kayakers of a reasonable fitness. The best periods are in spring and autumn when the weather is not too hot (20-25°C / 68-77°F). Best times to go kayaking is either early in the morning or early in the afternoon. Last but not least, bring a dry change of clothes, drinking water, sunscreen and a hat.
