Siddha Cave or commonly known as Siddha Gufa is situated in Bandipur, Tanahu District, Nepal. If you ever find yourself in Bandipur, a visit at this cave is well worth it.

The first day of your trip includes a visit in Bimalnagar, located close to Pokhara and Bandipur. Here you will have the opportunity to climb and enjoy a delicious dinner. Now get prepared for the second day of your trip. Once you arrive at the holy Siddha Cave, you come across to some holy shrines and amazing stalactites. If you want to push yourself into an extreme situation, you can choose to abseil at 70 m/ 229 ft into the inner-side of the cave. If you don’t feel that confident, you can always explore the cave by walking through its every corner.

Apart from its unusual beauty and natural heritage, Siddha Cave offers you stunning views of the Annapurna mountain range and Marsyangdi River valley. In the vicinity, you will find many other places, where you can have fun and enjoy yourself as well.

In addition, if you think that 2 days are not enough, don’t hesitate to ask for some more days and achieve to fulfill the plans that you have in your mind. So, for taking part in both caving and climbing, it is advisable to wear flexible but fitting clothes, avoid to wear rings or bracelets, wear sport shoes/hiking shoes and always bear with you a change of clothes. Last but not least, do not forget to bring with you water and some extra money for grabbing a snack.
