Waycross is the only incorporated city and county seat in Ware County, Georgia, USA. It is the principal city of the Waycross area, a cosmopolitan area, which covers Ware and Pierce County. A small section of Waycross is inside Pierce County. There are many leisure opportunities around the city and possibilities for extreme sports performances.

Near Waycross, you will come across one of the most awesome and big ATV parks in Georgia. Fat Daddy’s ATV Park is a gigantic area of 500 ac/2 km² in the forest that is opened every weekend. This private property offers many miles of sand hills, woods trails, mud pits and boarders the Satilla River.

The terrain is an 1 mi²/2.6 km² area with an elevation of 95 to 120 ft/29 to 36.6 m. Mud, dust, rocks, water crossings, loose dirt, hard packs and of course trees are some of the park’s features. Everything a Quad Biker desires is here. You might meet some hazards on the trails, that are supposed to be marked. Either way ride with caution.

The trails are mostly suitable for amateurs, some novices and some experts. There is an opening schedule, so you should better call before you arrive in the park. Camping is allowed in some areas, but it is not free. There is also a fee per rider.

Parking and entering are free. Amenities of the facility include brand new restrooms, ATV wash stations and showers. It is recommended to spend at least a full day, in order to enjoy a ride in the dirt!
