Hamburg (Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg) is the second largest city in Germany, the thirteenth largest German state and the sixth largest city in the European Union. It is situated on the river Elbe while its port is the second largest port in Europe and tenth worldwide. Hamburg is known for its big sporting activity among others.

At about an hour in the north of Hamburg, there is Hungriger Wolf, a small airport where there is a lot of air sporting activity. One particular air sport that is very popular in Hungriger Wolf is skydiving. Skydiving is another successfully attempt of flying.

The modern skydiver after a small briefing, gets on an aircraft and jumps at a height of about 4000 m /13123 ft above the ground. Free-falling once the plane door opens, the diver would reach within 5 eternal minutes at a height of about 1000 m / 3280 ft where the parachute is usually launched. The free fall time of a minute is commonly used, unless you are an experienced diver and you decide to jump with other fellows so as to make various formations up in the air.

Once achieved the fall and parachute is launched, you can just catch up your breath while gliding over the beautiful scenery for about 5 minutes. The landing is safe and gentle.
